Application Roadmap
With this service, we’ll create a complete, customized plan to help you draw tags out West and give you a clear roadmap for your hunting goals for one species. Before the session, we’ll review your priorities — whether that’s hunting every year, targeting trophy units, or creating opportunities for your whole family — so your plan is tailored to you. During the call, we’ll map out which states and units to apply for, how to balance short-term opportunities with long-term goals, and backup options to maximize your chances of success. Deadlines, strategies, and draw odds will all be clearly laid out. You can use this plan to submit your own applications or pay us handle them for you when they open, using the strategy we created together. One species is included per roadmap, please schedule a second session for another species.
Hunt Plan
This hour-long session builds a customized plan for one specific hunt so you can head into the field fully prepared. Before we meet, you’ll answer a couple questions so I can tailor the plan to your unit, species, and goals. During the call, we’ll map out access points, game movement, terrain strategies, and backup options, giving you a clear, step-by-step roadmap. What sets this service apart is that it includes a second 30-minute reevaluation call during your hunt — so if conditions change or you just need fresh advice, you’ll have direct support to adjust your plan and stay on track.

Short on time but need expert advice? These 30 or 45 minute calls are designed to tackle your most pressing hunting questions. Whether it’s breaking down a unit you already hunt, dialing in your glassing strategy, improving your elk calling, or even getting started with shed hunting, this session gives you actionable tips you can put to work right away.
